Tom W. Stonecipher
Tom Stonecipher is a founding member of Tarlow Stonecipher Weamer & Kelly, PLLC. Tom works extensively to protect the rights of both companies and individuals in the areas of zoning, land use, real estate, development, and transactions. He has litigated in state and federal courts throughout his career. He brings decades of experience to the firm practicing in many areas including, but not limited to; tort defense, labor and unemployment, corporate finance, and acquisitions. Tom also provides expert insight to national lenders on transactions that involve assets in Montana.
Before moving to Montana, Tom practiced for 18 years in Chicago primarily focusing on antitrust and complex commercial cases. His experience working on these cases helps him in large case litigation in Montana, including tort defense, product liability and business litigation, contract drafting, and formations.
