
Tom W. Stonecipher
Tom Stonecipher practiced for eighteen years in Chicago, primarily litigating complex commercial cases, before coming to Montana in 1993. His practice includes civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels for local and national clients. He works extensively in the areas of commercial transactions; zoning, land use, and real estate development; tort defense; employment; entity formation, finance, and acquisitions; and examining and opining on transactions for national lenders involving assets in Montana. Before law school, Tom served three years in the U.S. Army in the field artillery.
