Amy C. McNulty
Amy C. McNulty engages in a broad general civil practice with a focus on construction and real estate law.
In her construction practice, Amy has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors. She has assisted clients in a variety of construction transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of construction contract documents. She also has experience litigating a variety of construction disputes, both residential and commercial, including defect, lien, delay, and prompt payment claims.
In her real estate practice, Amy has experience representing clients in property transactions and creation of commercial and residential condominiums. She is experienced at litigating a variety of property-related matters, including disputes involving covenants, easements, and ownership matters.
Amy also has experience practicing in the areas of business and commercial law, assisting entities with all aspects of business formation and transactions, and employment law.
Amy is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in both Montana and North Dakota.
Amy graduated with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law following receipt of her Bachelor’s Degree from Carroll College. Prior to joining Tarlow Stonecipher Weamer & Kelly, Amy clerked for Justice Baker of the Montana Supreme Court.
