Aviation Law

The firm has been involved in a variety of aviation cases both from the injured claimant’s perspective and from the defendant manufacturer’s perspective.  Additionally, we have represented a number of aviation schools, fixed base operators, and other commercial entities in the aviation business. The firm has also represented pilots in licensing procedure related matters.  Buzz Tarlow and our Practice Manager, Gail Eaton, are both licensed pilots.
