The firm has a broad-based practice involving corporate and business law and business operations.  This includes creating legal entities for a wide range of business purposes, ranging from active, ongoing businesses to those who acquire assets, such as real estate, for investment purposes.

Where We Come In

We work alongside accountants and tax experts to ensure our clients receive the best possible legal advice.  This includes creating agreements between shareholders / owners with respect to new ownership, handling the withdrawal of existing owners, intra-ownership transfers, and the like.  We are involved heavily with the creation of contracts for business purposes.

Alternative Representation

The firm has extensive experience in Montana employment law far beyond general employment matters. We have routinely assisted clients by drafting employment agreements, advising on employment matters, and litigating employment issues; either under the Montana Wrongful Discharge Act or employment contracts.
