Jenna D. Moseman

Jenna, born and raised in Bozeman, has been a paralegal with the firm since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University, where she majored in Sociology and Psychology with concentrations in Criminology and Applied Psychology. In 2018, Jenna obtained her professional paralegal certification and membership through the National Association for Legal Support Professionals. Jenna is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals, serving on the Board as Vice President and former Secretary, and with the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana, serving on the Council as Vice Chair and former Professional Development Officer. She is also a commissioned Montana Notary Public. Jenna has extensive experience across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including the preparation of appellate briefs for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Montana Supreme Court. She also serves as the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator. Outside the office, Jenna enjoys hunting, shooting, snowmobiling, and spending time with her husband and their two young children.
