STephen J. Wood

Stephen Wood is experienced in resolving a broad range of disputes. His primary areas of practice include construction, real estate, and insurance. 

His construction practice consists of representing contractors and subcontractors in litigation relating to defects, liens, and delays. With respect to real estate, Stephen represents property owners in matters involving a variety of interests, such as easements, mineral rights, and water rights. In his insurance practice, he defends insurance companies from bodily injury, property damage, and other claims. 

Stephen obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as a managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Before joining the firm in 2023, Stephen represented national insurance companies and assisted in commercial real estate transactions at a firm in Michigan.
